The Man, Vision & Ministry

Destiny is unavoidable and unchangeable, though it could be delayed by circumstances or the person involved, but certainly it must come to pass. As for God, He doesn’t miscalculate or make a mistake; He declares the end from the beginning, as prophet Isaiah puts it in the Bible, Isaiah 46:10.  “God knows the plan He has for everyone, plans of welfare, and not of evil to give each one hope and a future, Jeremiah the Prophet said in the Bible, Jeremiah 29:11. (New International version)
There’s no iota of doubt whether God called Prophet Segun Binoran or not, God who in the olden days selected, called and sanctified his messengers, the seers and the Prophets is equally doing the same today and will continue in this everlasting ordinance. He told Prophet Jeremiah in the Bible, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart: I appointed you as a prophet to the nations” Jeremiah 1:5 (New International version)

The Prophet Speaks

God solely locates and places Men in their various offices to carry out specific divine assignment. Moses speaking by the Spirit said, “Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd” Number 27: 16 – 17 (KJV)
God passionately selected me for this extraordinary assignment and I am sincerely grateful that He gave me the opportunity to respond to His call.
It all began after the conclusion of my full-time Bible Training course at the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI) which was tagged. “Living proof 2002”. During one of the services, God’s Servant, Bishop David O. Abioye, immersed in a supernatural anointing and unction from heaven, declared in accordance to the word of the Lord that we should all remove our shoes (from our feet). I obeyed this injunction, and during the course of some prophetic utterances (upon our lives) from the mouth of God’s servant. The Lord said to me “the name of the ministry I am committing into your hands shall be called JOY OF SALVATION”- Psalms 51: 12 I heard all He said to me expressly.
In defiance to God’s word, and since there was no other message or revelation to concretize what the Lord had told me, I left Nigeria for the United Kingdom in 2003, London precisely. I left in order to work, get money and then begin a television programme, from which I intended to preach the message of salvation relative to John 3:3 and John 3: 16. This had been my dream from time immemorial.
On arriving the shores of London, my pursuit changed and took a new turn because I rea1ized that the land was fertile for making quick and good money (though one would need to struggle to achieve this).
To meet up with my new challenges and target, I began to do four to five jobs together. The way money is earned there is quite different from what we have in Nigeria. Although, keeping these jobs was tedious, demanding and herculean for me, I refused to rescind because of the money I was getting everyday.
The Divine Encounter
One fateful day, I decided to go home earlier than my usual time of getting home, so as to be able to have some good rest, as well as make myself ready and fresh for the next day. I was at the bus stop early enough, waiting for “Bus 126” which was going to waterloo from Hackney. When the bus arrived, I hopped onto it, but as soon as I entered through the door, what I saw was both disgusting and appalling-all the people in the bus were prisoners. They were dressed in prison clothes.
Their appearance was tattered to look upon. They were also looking hopeless, hungry and confused; all of them had chains and stocks to keep them in bonds.
I couldn’t withstand the eye-sore, so immediately I jumped out of the bus, choosing rather to wait for another bus instead of this one with such bizarre passengers. I did not need to wait for a long time because a second bus was on its way almost immediately; So I grinned when this one stopped and I hopped onto it saying to myself, at least I will be saved from the horror of having to journey with those bizarre  looking prisoners.
When I entered through the door, I was shocked by what I saw. All the passengers in this one also, were dressed in prison cloths, they were haggard, dry and ugly to behold; and without wasting more time, I jumped out of this bus too, and I began to wonder why these ugly incidents were transpiring. In the midst of my thoughts, I decided I would walk to my first place of work. I also decided to walk to avoid seeing a repeat of what I had seen with the two buses. As I walked a little distance, I saw myself in a church and all the people in the church were crying except me. I began to wonder at this, so I decided to ask them what went wrong to the point that all the people in the church were crying. As soon as I asked this question, they all turned and pointed at me- I was shocked!
Immediately after this, I knelt down, praying that the LORD would show me the meaning of what was happening to me and “around me”. And expressly the Lord said to me in the word of prophet Malachi; “For, behold, the day cometh that shall burn as an oven; all the proud, yea and all that do wickedly shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the lord of host, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in His wings. And ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall” Malachi 4: 1-2

The Lord went on to say to me (in the words of Apostle John) “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, to kill and to destroy, but I am come that they may have life and have it more abundantly” John 10:10
Still further, the Lord said to me “these people that you’ve seen are my people – they have become prisoners and captives, but in the beginning it was not so. Again, he said, “1 have come that they may have life and freedom, thus, for this purpose 1 am sending you to undo the work of the enemy, I am sending you to restore JOY back to them; I am sending you to undertake this task. Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the lord said unto me, Behold, 1 have put my word in your mouth, see, 1 have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build and to plant”. Jeremiah 1:9-10.
Upon further instruction from the Lord, I had to return to Nigeria where the Lord wanted me to use as the pedestal for the Ministry. Since I returned, I have made conscientious effort through prayers, fasting, visions and revelations to follow step by step the instructions the Lord have being giving me. What you are witnessing today through this ministry is an off shoot of what the Lord has assigned me to do, and I am grateful to Him, the infinite Spirit who knows all things.
